Room I

Small yet grand, this elegant room is the perfect space for an intimate cocktail gathering, seated function or meeting and is the ideal breakout room for your conference delegates.

Room I features a marble cocktail bar with ample natural light filtering in from the expansive views overlooking George Street.

Room II

Room II is decorated with plush aubergine carpet and is furnished with a marble side table and decorative silver mesh screens.  This space is the perfect choice among Sydney meeting venues at the Establishment venue for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, meetings, conferences, presentations or a product launch.

Room III

Striking dark timber floorboards and marble bar with gold overhead lanterns makes Room III the ideal function room for launches, presentations, cocktail parties and seated events.

Ballroom

This grand space evokes an atmosphere of modern glamour and elegance.  The chic ballroom with its ink blue carpet, metallic screens and marble credenzas is the perfect setting for a conference, seated function, or cocktail party. The room additionally serves as an enchanting Sydney wedding venue.

The Sun Room

In keeping with ivy's residential charm, elegant architecture and refined interiors, The Sun Room has a breezy summery feel courtesy of botanical prints, bamboo and wicker furnishing, white plantation shutters, floor to ceiling windows, and elegant cocktail bar and black & white tiled floors.

The Ivy Room

The Ivy Room is our purposely designed, dedicated function venue: it features 509 square meters of open space (there are no columns or partitions) that holds up to 800 people.  Marvel at the sweeping staircase, contemporary design and a stylish black & white theme through out.  From the moment you enter, you'll see exactly what puts The Ivy Room in a league of its own among these Sydney meeting rooms.
