Bistro 525 delivers a true expression of Mid-Atlantic cuisine led by renowned Chef Mario Raymond since 2003. A Chesapeake native, Chef Raymond combines his East Coast upbringing with his Italian heritage to create fresh, locally sourced dishes. Abiding by a deceptively simple approach, he has a deep-rooted respect for raw ingredients and works carefully to enhance the natural flavor in these dishes. Whether it is the classic crab cake, the fresh fish of the day, or the seasonal Mediterranean-style soups, Bistro 525 Washington, D.C. restaurant provides an authentic reflection of the flavors of the Mid-Atlantic. Each dish tell a unique story. The restaurant is located in the glass atrium of the hotel and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
Breakfast at Bistro 525 features a selection of two buffets, an elaborate hot breakfast buffet and a continental breakfast buffet that always includes a smoked fish. A variety of breakfast entrees are also offered on the regular breakfast menu, including specialty dishes such as Eggs Chesapeake Benedict and California Croissant.
Federal City Bar
Federal City Bar features light fare, an eclectic selection of wine, beer and cocktails. Guests can unwind with their favorite beverage and enjoy the adjacent Club Room where they can play billiards.
In-room Capitol Hill dining at Washington Court Hotel features a full menu from Bistro 525 and is offered from 6:30am to 11:00pm.
