MB at Key Largo is located on the island of Key Largo in the Florida Keys, an archipelago off the south coast of the U.S. state. This 8 1/2 foot, 4,000 pound bronze sculpture of Jesus Christ was cast from the original "Il Christo Degli Abissi" located in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Genoa, Italy.

Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammock Botanical State Park
 
Home to 84 protected species of plants and animals, this park has the highest concentration of champion trees in the United States. It is truly a botanical treasure that was once slated to be a massive condominium development.  Thankfully, it has been preserved due to the rarity of its ecosystem, making it an ideal visit for birdwatchers and photographers.
 
Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail
 
This bike trail offers access to many points of interest throughout the Keys. While most of the trail is paved and interconnected, once complete, the 106-mile trail will link Key Largo with Key West across 37 bridges. 
 
Everglades National Park
 
Take a thrilling airboat ride tour through Everglades National Park – the largest subtropical wilderness in the United States. The Everglades is located only 30 to 40 minutes from the MB at Key Largo hotel and is home to more than 350 species of birds and over 50 species of reptiles; including ibis, egrets, herons, alligators and crocodiles.
