Horseshoe offers a total of seven meeting rooms and can accommodate groups of 10 to 250 people in our meeting space in Barrie, ON.

Chalet

There are two rooms in the Main Chalet that overlook the ski slopes and the first tee of the Valley golf course. The remaining five rooms are located merely steps away in the conference level of our beautiful Inn. Alpine Room

The Alpine Room is located in the Main Chalet just yards away from The Inn overlooking the ski slopes. The balcony surrounds two sides with walkout. The room is equipped with carpeted floor, designated dance area, fabric upholstered seating and has flexible setup arrangements.

Fairway Room

The Fairway Room is also located in the Main Chalet just yards away from The Inn and overlooking the ski slopes. This room is equipped with carpeted floor, a designated dance area, fabric upholstered seating and has a flexible setup.

The Inn

Huron, Simcoe and Copeland meeting rooms are equipped with temperature and lighting controls, high quality carpet and wall coverings, superior ventilation system, pull-down projection screen, fabric upholstered seating, and have flexible setup arrangements.

Leacock and Ellesmere boardrooms are equipped with custom swivel leather upholstered armchairs, oak table, individual temperature and lighting controls, superior ventilation system, excellent acoustics, high quality carpeting and wall covering and a projector screen behind which is a whiteboard with two flip charts on either side.
