Tank Stream Bar
Tank Stream Bar is tucked away in a secluded spot down Tank Stream Way. Serving up great food and an inviting ambiance it’s the perfect place to enjoy a fine glass of wine and hand-selected cheeses. Warm lighting inside this intimate bar reveals an ancient wooden ceiling, and wine-rack walls serve as a reminder of Sydney’s convict past. Early settlers chose the tank stream as their source of fresh water. And while the stream itself now flows underground, the bar remains one of Sydney’s favourite watering holes.
An oasis of sunlight and lush greenery is what you’ll find when you step into Establishment’s breathtaking ‘Garden’. With its glass walls and colonial themed-touches, the city’s only atrium offers a welcome escape from the CBD hustle and bustle. All day dining is available in The Garden. Begin your day with an a la carte breakfast, then move on to an extensive menu of bistro favourites and Thai dishes available for lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day. With a sensational cocktail and drinks menu, The Garden is the perfect city hideaway for enjoying a catch-up with friends after work while its convenient George Street location makes it an ideal location for business meetings.
Palmer & Co.

The 1920s-style clandestine bar serves up an extensive menu of spirits and specially crafter cocktails using the finest seasonal ingredients. Settle in for a night of sensual tipples with raucous yet refined debauchery. Forget the world above, as you slip into the mystery of Palmer & Co. with dapper barmen, dazzling flapper waitresses and live music to set the mood
