Lisbon Area Guide

The Belver Hotel Principe Real is seven kilometers from LIS-Lisbon International Airport.  It is located in one of Lisbon's seven hills in the historic center of the city, near the Bairro Alto district and close to the Chiado. The Bairro Alto is a trendy area with numerous restaurants, bars and shops and is just five minutes from the hotel. The nearby Chiado, which has the same relaxed atmosphere in a more elegant style, offers an extensive choice of restaurants and upscale shopping. Very close to the hotel is the famous Garden of San Pedro de Alcantara, which boasts scenic panoramic views of the Castle of Saint George and the city in general.
 
Two metro stations are within minutes of the hotel for easy access to the city. The Avenida metro station, located right in the Avenida da Liberdade shopping area, is 550 meters from the hotel. The Restauradores metro station is also nearby for access to the trendy shops and cafés of Marquês de Pombal Square as well as upscale shopping and dining in the elegant Chiado district.
